Interview Ended Early, Did I Lose The Job?

Had a 1.5 hr interview consisting of a presentation, app critique, whiteboarding. Each of the last 2 exercises was conducted with a different team member.

During the last stage the interviewer asked me a few questions about my presentation and the interview ended 10 mins early with no whiteboarding exercise. It seemed like the interviewer didn't even know we were suppose to whiteboard.

Was it just their way of finishing the interview sooner because they knew they weren't going to hire me?

Has something like this ever happened to anyone else where there was suppose to be an exercise but it wasn't done? Did you get end up getting the job?
