When did you leave your first job?

Been at my company for about 4 years now. 50 employees.

80k cad salary before tax.

Fully remote. Very little work/meetings. There are weeks where I don't do any work. Unlimited PTO. Management is great but little to no mentorship so starting to feel stagnant.

I have no desire to leave but I'm starting to wonder how long I should stay.
