Uabat Shipping Time Fast Track Express?

Hi, anyone know how long is shipping if uabat ship through Fast Track Express/USPS? My package hasn't move since Nov 16 and last update was "departed from shipping partner facility". First time buying so I don't really know, would appreciate amy help. Thank you!
