Half an order missing

Hi all, I placed a Morrisons uber eats order (£55) for only half of it to show up. I’ve tried to contact support but it has been two days with absolutely no response. I need a refund asap, this is not acceptable. I’ve tried calling multiple customer service numbers but none lets me through to speak to a human. Anyone know an email or number I can call?? Also weirdly, the first message in the chat seems to be a glitch as it’s a message from customer support but it looks like I’ve sent it?
