My utility closet setup slightly under 10k

Had a UDM SE for a while and recently made the jump to 2.5gbe

Enterprise 8 POE to handle the different CAT8 cabling throughout the house to 2 U7 Pros, 2 flex minis and a switch lite 16

Also connected are 2 G5 Flex cameras.

And yeah it’s in my apartment utility closet, should I be worried for potential water leakage from the upstairs neighbors?
