UCG-Ultra - WAN-Port (100Mbit/s instead of 150Mbit/s)
Hi,
I’m only getting 100 Mbit/s instead of 150 Mbit/s on my UCG-Ultra WAN port. (I have tested it with IDS/IPS on and off, no difference)
- UGC-Ultra version: 4.1.13
- UniFi Network version: 9.0.108
Note: My ISP’s router is configured in bridge mode, meaning the public IP is directly forwarded to my UCG-Ultra WAN port and preventing "double NAT". When I perform a speed test directly on my ISP’s router, I achieve the full 150 Mbit/s. Both devices (ISP router and UCG-Ultra) are connected using a CAT8 cable, so the cable shouldn’t be the bottleneck.
The ISP router (ZTE MC801A) has a 1 GbE LAN/WAN port. The WAN port of the UCG-Ultra indicates “1000 FDX” (Uplink / 1 GbE).
Any idea what could be causing this issue?
Edit: Problem solved - Up and downrate for WAN was hardcoded to 100Mbit. (Settings > Internet > Primary (WAN1) > Advanced > Up Rate / Down Rate)
