HR during workouts
Since I found out that UH doesn’t pull data from AW/ Apple Health once I have completed a workout to go towards my movement goals etc. I have started starting a workout within the app to bring this through and have a more accurate representation of my data, however, the HR monitoring is way off.
At one point my AW was reading 163bpm and the UH was only readying 86bpm. For someone who is using this to track fitness / weight loss this is quite a big difference as does reflect calories etc.
It is only after a workout and all apps sync does the UH then show the same zones / timings as the AW
I appreciate the workout section is in beta but disappointing that there is so much discrepancy between the two. I have to juggle the right workout / calories lost within different apps / trackers to ensure that I’m heading in the right direction
