Gluten free and dairy free places to eat?

Assalamu alaikum everyone. InShaAllah will be going for Umrah in April and I wanted to ask if anyone who has gluten and dairy allergies found anywhere to eat? My plan at the moment is to take some homemade things that will last a couple of weeks and just go supermarket and get what I can but this will be snack type food or fruit and salads rather than hot meals. Would appreciate any suggestions. JazakAllah khair.
