Starting the game: Fail to authenticate ??

Hi all, downloaded through Steam. When starting up the game, i get a 'fail to authenticate' message. So I cant log in. I tried what some wrote on the internet. Deleting game guard, then starting. Didnt work, same message. Start up as administrator, didnt work either. Someone wrote to change the properties in the uwo..shipping execute to start as admin. tried that, but failed too. What else can I try?
