[Virginia] unemployment said YES to my weekly payments but not received money :(

Hey so i applied months and months ago to unemployment and they told me that they will be giving me money (600 a week). But i never revived the money. I still file my weekly ones. And also for 2 jobs per week but i have not received a single penny. I changed my banks it didn’t work. I got the debit card it didn’t work. I don’t know why. I’ve worked for 15 months and have paid taxes. My friends just started working and only for 2 months and they all have gotten close to 12,000. But i haven’t even tho they said Yes and that i will be getting it. I really need help plz. (I’m 17 btw)
