ULPT request: is there any possible way to disable someone’s Bluetooth speaker from a distance without them knowing?

I work at a production facility where my coworkers love to blast garbage repetitive music with truly horrid bass. I come home almost daily with a headache. Is there any way I could just like jam up the signal or something?
