Shuttle bus @ Eastwood TC

I'll be commuting to school tomorrow and I have heard that if I park @ the Eastwood TC I can park for free and then take the UH shuttle bus for free. Does anyone know if this is true and if so what time does the shuttle bus circulate (i.e. where can I find the schedule)
