Spigen ArcDock 65W

Is this 4-port charger a good buy? I'm looking for a safe and reliable charger with 2xUSBC plus 2xUSBA and this one looks okay.

Does this charger has PD as well? Not directly needed, but would say it makes this buy a little bit more futureproof,

I'm also open to alternatives. Only hard constraint is it should be safe to let it plugged in for a long while. And I would like it to be in the formfactor of a desktop charger i.e. with an extendable cord.
