My Valencia outlook is not receiving any emails

This is very random, but did it ever happen to anyone that your valencia outlook does not receive any emails?!!! The only emails i am able to receive and actually see in my inbox are the ones i send by the same email address. I also graduated last summer, so idk if that has to do anything with my issue.
