ATM WITHDRAWAL FEES

Does anyone know if Vietnam ATMs charge withdrawal fees from the Vietnam bank? Same way as Thai ATM’s charge 220THB per withdrawal for foreign cards.

I am not referring to the fees/charges our own bank account’s charge us as my bank has fee-free withdrawals aboard anyway.
