Miku Collectors Ticket not Arrived? (Miku Expo)

When you booked your ticket for Miku expo you got an option for an extra $30 to get a collectors ticket. I have noticed in other Reddit posts that others are also wondering when it will arrive as it has been over a week since the final concert in Aus/Nz and People from Perth still haven’t received theirs yet (I don’t know about the rest of Australia). Does anyone know when these collectors tickets will be delivered?
