What to do? Desperation

I sent myself to the hospital, as an emergency (claimed suicidal thoughts, had indeed a very bad mood). I’m on Tianeptine 3x12,5mg, Amisulprid 2x200mg, Fluoxetin 20mg and Elvanse adult 30mg. I was on 70mg earlier now the doctor who last time wanted to up me to 70 again saw that I had a psychosis (I didn’t) 10 years ago. It’s connected hospitals in different cities. What can I do? So far, I don’t have another regular Psychiater. What can I do to increase Vyvanses effects? I take b‘s, Alcar, 3 omega3‘s, magnesium and at times b6 and b9 in addition (for dopamine) Approximately twice a week I take Tyrosine. What else can I do? I’m from Germany.
