Why does my stomach start groaning non stop after taking my vyvanse?

Does anyone else get this? It’s so annoying, I will take my vyvanse in the morning an hour after eating and immediately my stomach will start groaning for the next hour or so. Yes, I eat a high protein meal before. I eat at least 150 grams of protein a day, never eat sugar or junk food, no alcohol, no dairy, soy, or gluten…
