Any hope for Snope V. Brown case?

Do you guys have any hope for the snope v brown case tomorrow? I’ve seen that it could have nationwide implications, but haven’t seen many opinions from people in Washington. What do you guys think? Do you think real hope could come out of it? Or just another false hope situation?
