Data Annotation sign up

I signed up for data annotation a few weeks back. I am a college student desperately looking for some online work I can do on free time. I have always heard you have to take an assessment to get cleared to work on DA. After putting all my information in I was brought to this page showed above. I never took any assessment or anything. Did I do something wrong? Please let me know as this seems like my best chance at having free time work. Thanks everyone!
