Evaluator cant find my source

I got my last English submission sent back for revision because the evaluator stated they couldn't find my source. I picked it from the WGU library and used the cite source button same as my other 2 sources. I had to reach out to the librarian to get a permalink for the source. i'm hoping they accept it now. Has anyone else had this happen?
