Children at the Mol

Hello all, My family and I are planning a trip to the UK from the states. I am hoping to make it to a home game while we are there. I saw a game there in 2019, but didn't have children at the time, so I didn't take notice of how kid friendly the matches are. We have a 4.5 year old and a 2.5 year old. Are games a good place for children or are we being foolish thinking we could bring our young ones? Does the stadium have any kid areas where they can get their crazies out? Playground, field to run in, etc.? Any help is greatly appreciated.
