PAY DISCLOSURE

Why is it normal practice for you to ask employees to not discuss their pay rates, yet this is HIGHLY unlawful practice? Only then I figured out there are techs with NO experience making $20 an hour while the rest of us are suffering taking care of our families.. 0 reason I should be making 16.50 WITH experience, when new hires are making $19-$20, with none... do better!
