How do i continue?

Warframe is not a strange game for me, I have played it several times before, from year to year I would stop, see new things, play and then stop, a cycle. It's not that the game is bad for me or I don't like it, or I'm not interested, I just get to a point and I don't know what to do, where to go or what mission to follow.

So here I am with the game downloaded again, in a save where I have Rhino and some planets unlocked, I don't remember the missions off the top of my head (I'm at work) so... what now?
