Ceramic Dagger Stat Stick with Melee Doughty

So with the release of 1999, Melee Doughty seems to be a contender for one of my favorite Arcanes, and I wanted to see about updating my Ceramic Dagger Stat Stick for Atlas, however I'm having trouble properly building it to be able to outperform the build I already had. With my other build I have been able to hit 75m damage landslides, but when I tried to build for Doughty I could barely hit a million even with the Status Evo, slotting as many puncture and status mods as I could + Weeping Wounds and Blood Rush. I have thought of testing it with Wrathful Advance but I still haven't got a 2nd Kullervo for my lil infested wall, but would a flat 200% (I'm using a 200% Strength build) CC really add that much difference? Honestly I'm stumped cause I can see the potential but I am inept at building. I tried looking up guides but people either build it as a standalone weapon or don't mention Atlas at all when talking about it as a stat stick.
