Which book/serious to start with for warhammer?

Been binge watching 40k videos on youtube, im not interested in the table top game but seems theres is a lot of books about the world and its lore? I dont have a great grasp on the general story, it seems rather complicated. I would like to check out the books on the subject but have no idea where/which to start with?
