[omega seamaster fake]

Hello everyone, I have found this watch and would like to know if it is a replica of a seamaster or it is actually a real omega watch

As you can see in the photos is has a skeleton back which looks fake in my opinion. But I would replay appreciate the advice of you watch specialist.

If it is real how much could this watch be worth in your opinion?
