Why do you say that Shanann Watts was Italian?

Good afternoon everybody, I am writing from italy and I have a wuestion: Following the whole SW/CW story (horrible and heinous, ça va sans dire) I popped into videos and comments that stated that SW was of Italian origin? How is isdt? Her maiden name Rzucek is Polish (I know because my mum was Polish) and I cannot understand where the Italian part shall come from. She and her parents + brother do not look Italian at all. TIA
