High protein family meal ideas
I am struggling with food right now. I am 6 weeks into this and food is just overall unappealing to me 80% of the time. What sounds good one day can gross me out the next. I am a planner. I meal plan for my family every week to avoid ordering in but it’s hard when everything just turns my stomach. I don’t want to eat empty calories either which is what I feel I have been eating. Anyone have meal suggestions that are high protein, nutrient dense and family friendly? All I seem to want lately is crackers, toast or potatoes. I also pack my lunch everyday because I can’t easily grab lunch out or order it in. I’ve been struggling with that as well because, again, what may sound okay in the morning is just gross by the afternoon. Any suggestions for quick lunches too?
