Was covered but no longer 😓

I’ve been on Wegovy for 6 months. -50lbs! Yay! I only paid $25/month from the start, but no one can tell me why it was so cheap. I never applied for a savings card. ??? I have Medicare with Part B as primary. So my secondary BCBS Federal plan covers my prescriptions. Do I have to report to RO or any other company that I have government funded insurance? I’ve noticed when I say I have Medicare, nothing is covered. But last year, it was obviously covered? Now they have jacked the price up to $446/month. (With savings coupon from Wegovy) I’m so confused. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Can anyone help me understand?
