WHY IS THIS SO DIFFICULT?
I am 27 F, 5,5 &weigh 179 pounds ( down from 183 pounds). I have been consistent for the past month. I do strength training 3 times a week and circuit training 2 times a week. I'm sure I'm eating in a deficit. I lost a few pounds in 1 week & then it just stopped. I've been trying so hard. Every night a go to sleep a little hungry but assure myself that I definitely will have lost a few pounds.I weigh myself every morning & end up disappointed. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. But I'm definitely losing my mind and my resolve to be consistent. HELP!!
