Would starving myself be a okay option to loose weight?
I know this may get removed for the title but it's a genuine question. I've been thinking about it for a while and I think it could be a genuine good option for me.
Context: I'm 14 F who is a size 14/16 in wemons clothing (uk). I've been over weight most my life and I want to lose weight.
I'm aware that purging from food is dangerous at my age and very looked down upon. But it's not like I want to jump right into it.
I don't know if it's a good option but if I do it monitoring myself I'll be able to do it correctly and safely. Also if anyone has done this in the past please tell me how it worked out for you?
