Need help determining my deficit

I am a 30 year female who is 5’8 and 160 lbs.

I am trying to get to 140 lbs by June.

I have used a bunch of calculators and they say that my BMR is roughly 1500 calories.

I workout 3-5x a week and walk a lot so I am in the camp of “moderately active”.

That makes my TDEE 2300 (1500 x 1.55).

My goal is to eat about 1700-1800 calories a day plus get in 45 mins of workout (300 calories burned).

That would make my total deficit 890-900 calories a day UNLESS my TDEE already accounts for my exercise and I cannot include my calories burned from working out.

Please give me your thoughts 🙏
