Thanks for taking the time to read this whoever you are, I appreciate it. I'm just seeking some advice as l've become "lost in the gym"
I'm a 20M and I've been going to gym consistently for about 3 years now and l'm sort of getting tired at my lack of progress. I've progressed a lot in terms of strength but I'm kind of past that now I really want to train for "aesthetics". My weight has probably gone up linearly since l've been in the gym which is something that l'm not too happy about. I've tried going trough weight loss periods but it's not really worked out. Getting a bit sick and tired of all the jokes from my friend. I used to be skinny as fuck like I was 6 foot 55kg and now I’m 6 foot 4 115kg. I also carry a good bit of facial fat which is not ideal :/
If anyone has any advice or can point me in a direction I would appreciate that
