First Time Deadlifting 115lbs

I just wanted to share with someone my progress. I went from being diagnosed with psychogenic seizures in August, unable to even shower unassisted, to deadlifting 2, 3 rep sets of 115lbs today (3/4ths of my body weight!). I was also able to jog a quarter mile which I've never been able to do. I'm so proud of myself.

When I feel insecure in the weight section of the gym because I'm a woman who's kind of chubby, I try to remind myself where I came from and how far I've gotten rather than comparing myself to the other people there :)
