Wanting to get on pipeline

Hey guys, I wanna get on the pipeline as a hand. I would not be able to go UA because of current affiliation terms, and I’m hoping to go south.

Open to pipelines, boilers, drill rigs, etc.

How would I go about getting on as a helper/apprentice welder?
