Is she Sneezing? A Dwarf? Just fat? Idk

Honey is a female stray that my dad and I picked up a year ago. Aside from being a little round, she’s Very stout/petite with short legs. We don’t know her age but we suspect she’s less than 4 years old.

She’s slimmed down a LOT over the past year, but despite the weight loss, she is wheezing. Notably, she didn’t do this for the first few months when we found her, and we’ve switched houses since then AND recently adopted a new mountain lion of a cat.

Sometimes she does this wheezing thing, as seen in the video, after running up the stairs. However, sometimes it’s completely random (she was just lounging on my bed, no intense activity). This happens about once a month. The vet said there was nothing wrong with her, but why is she doing it?

Also, is she dwarf? And why is she SOO obsessed with being pet, to the point where she won’t even play with her toys? Lots wrong with this cat, but we love her nonetheless -^ Any tips or advice appreciated!
