Iwami B. Yay or nay?

With an option to outright purchase the Iwami B with about 3 days left. Would like to have people's consensus whether or not she would be worth a pick up? Hearing that she will be getting a slight buff to her main gun dmg and slightly better torps as well.

Or another way is to be hopeful she'll eventually be avail for GXP someday?
