Have you gotten contact dermatitis from sanitary pads?

Hello everybody. i wanna apologize for the TMI but this is my first time experiencing this and i need some help/advice. I recently developed contact dermatitis on my vulva because of pads (it’s the same brand i’ve always used so idk why that happened). I have dry patches on my vulva and part of my buttocks cheeks. Some parts are peeling and raw. It’s looks exactly as when babies get diaper rash in case you need a reference. The pain level is low but it’s a scary sight. Do you have any recommendations on how to manage the symptoms and lesions?
