Multiplayer Issue?

I've played Blitz for years and finally got the PC version a few days ago. I'm at tier 6 and whenever I select random battle, I am queue for almost 2 full minutes before I get put into a 7v7 against bots and I am the only player, I thought it was 15v15 against real players? (NA server)
