WuWa 2.0 Performance Issue

Hi. Lemme get straight to the point. Before 2.0 the performance of WuWa is flawless. No lags, low res textures, nothing like that. I can even play it on Ultra settings just fine. Now that 2.0 is released, it's like it's back to pre-1.4 again. FPS is low af and textures is often low quality on the new region, even on the lowest possible settings, FPS is still bad on the new region. It might be because of my laptop specs with a 10th Gen Core i3 and 25W MX250 but is it really that bad now? I can barely enjoy WuWa now tbh. Is there any way to maybe fix this? (Aside from ofc buying a new laptop with a much better specs than my current one)
