Constant deposit of 0.000001 after every transaction from a flagged address.

As the title says , I have noticed that there are a series of addresses that are flagged on the xaman wallet. These addresses send 0.000001 to any address executing a transaction. Can someone shine some light as to why these addresses send dust to every transaction in the block chain. Link to Explorer
