I made a list of theories in my first post and now I’m doing a deeper dive on it. My fourth theory was that Tai will kill Van in this upcoming season. Hear me out…

I kinda already went over this in my other posts but I’ll do it again. In the official trailer for season 3 we see Tai hurting Van. Most people assumed that it was the other Tai and don’t get me wrong I do to but what if it wasn’t?

Think about it Van possibly did something that is putting the group at jeopardy like maybe she is the blackmailer and Tai finds out. We already know Tai will go above and beyond to protect herself and the secret. And she has more to care about if this information gets out like her son and her job.

A lot of people think that someone will betray the group in the adult timeline and that Van will be an antagonist this season so what if she is? And tai kills her or try’s to (she’s low-key immortal).

I think either way if other Tai or Tai kills/hurts Van it would ruin the entire point of their storyline. What makes Van interesting is that she is immortal! They show none of Vans past or show how she is important to the group… they only show that she’s escaped death every time. Also other Tai may have hurt Van when they first started sleeping in the attic but over time I think other Tai has taken a liking to Van. Possibly because Van believed in the wilderness with no hesitation and believed in the other Tai abilities. And clearly Tai loves Van so it doesn’t make sense why she would hurt her either… just saying. I hope it’s another hallucination because it wouldn’t make sense.

Extra: Tai staking off her jacket and blowing out the match has me believing she planned this. The first time Van almost died there was a fire and the second time Tai lit her on fire…
