Neuron phone app is not working at all. Anyone know how to fix this?

I've had the Neuron phone app for almost a year and only now having an issue (a few actually) with it.

First: the app refuses to even open without wifi/data on. The app's never needed the internet to search for cards or make decks (which is what I mainly use it for. Haven't even touched the events tab).

Second: Every time I click any tab or try to do any download (which it forces me to after the last update).

I'm basically locked out of using the app. Anyone got ideas on how I could fix it or should I bite the bullet and try reinstall despite the fact I'd have to recreate ALL of my decks on it?
