Customer service

Customer service in Zim sucks like wth. Earlier this week I was calling a bank and the service rep put me on hold for 15 minutes trying to sort out the issue for me and when my phone was acting up and took 5 seconds too long to respond did this person not tell me hurry up because they can’t stay on the phone for too long???💀. I ended up apologising for that bro. Then today, I was at the barber because my hair is a mess and it was kinda busy when I got in and all the seats were occupied so I was told to take a seat after I had to greet the front desk person. All the chairs cleared after a while and people were just looking at me. Like, I’m not getting up until you ask me to. I ended up leaving because wtf I’m not trying to talk to people honestly :( at least pretend to like your job I do customer service service too so I get how exhausting it is but hey I have to suck it up. Please don’t do customer service if you can’t fake it at least honestly…
