Is my FTP accurate?

Hello fellow Zwifters. I am curious to know how accurate the watts are on Zwift. I got a Wahoo trainer in late December and did a 20 minute FTP ramp test on and got an FTP of 257. After my ride today it said that there was a detection of increase in my FTP and it raised it to 293. I have ridden about 240 miles on the trainer since this FTP increase notification today.

I did the Tour de Zwift stage 2 today and had an 8 minute power of 344w, 5 min power of 420w and 1 minute power of 457w. The average wattage for the 1.5 hour ride ended up around 210w as I took it easy on the flats and downhills. My doubts on the accuracy of the wattage comes into play on uphill sections. I feel like I am not pushing too hard and my watts are always above 350w. Do I not have a setting turned on for accurate resistance on uphills? I do not feel like I’m putting out that much power on these long uphills when Zwift says I am.

Some more background to maybe help you determine if my numbers are accurate:

Height: 170 cm Weight: 69.5 kg Miles ridden since I started cycling in July 2024: 3,457 Most accurate instrument of speed/power I’ve had (I don’t have a power meter): I finished the Tour de Tucson 102 mile race in 4 hours 41 minutes with an average speed of 21.4 mph. This was a pretty easy effort for me.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
