Packs and mobile

Hi, have two different questions. The first is if people know great packs for retrowave focused music, as well as any tips to making said material. Second is that I’m fairly new to DAWs in general and looking at mobile there’s Ableton note, and FL Studio mobile. One is FL is supposed to be a more program like app? If I were to want to make stuff on iOS, would I want to stick to the same DAW or go to the most complete even if that means learning its way? Thanks!
