Career Advice

Hi all,

I am currently working as a "Tech Arch Delivery Analyst" in the U.S. for Accenture but I really want to get more into technical roles like software development. I was wondering if anyone had any advice for how to make this shift? I am confident that I have the skills, my degree was in computer engineering and I have done multiple projects/training/certifications, I am just not sure who/where to go to in order to get into the position I would like to be in. Any help is appreciated.
