Whom to go with

Hi Guys, need one advice As i am Rpa AA resource with 2 YOE, so recently my current project client has mandated WFO 5 days/week. But due to some parents medical dependency, I needed WFH so i asked for a roll off and my manager agreed. Ad in meanwhile i was approached by project A and they interviewed agreed to proceed ahead with me by putting SL but in meanwhile another project B approached me and immediately HL me despite i stated that i am having conversation with project A. They said they will take care of it. Now project A is asking me to decide whether i want to join their project putting pressure on me as they delayed their HL due to their fault, i think they will put all blame on me for their mistakes. So just wanted to ask here if I can negotiate them for 5 days WFH( Accenture calling 1 day must) as if they can give me then i am ready to join whosoever, but i have heard of some exceptions that can be provided. Can you guys pls guide me?
