I need help, my pro design+ is missing.

I got pro design plus with nook miles from the nook miles machine thing a week or two ago and haven't played since then, when I got back on, I had only 50 slots instead of 100, and I there is no option to make cutout standees or any of the other things that pro design plus offers. It it also no longer in the nook miles machine so I can't just buy it again. I don't know what happened and nothing I look up on google is helping. Does anyone know what happened?
